Proformam.com is an online productivity tool enabling users to create, preview, and export preliminary proforma invoices. This web application is not official accounting software, an accredited ERP system, or a statutory tax-filing platform.
2. Calculation Algorithms and Accuracy
Line totals, value-added tax (VAT) computations, and numeric formatting are executed using software algorithms. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the numerical accuracy of generated documents prior to transmitting them to commercial counterparties. Proformam accepts no liability for arithmetic or clerical errors.
3. Intellectual Property and Legal Responsibility
All interface designs, branding, source code, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Proformam. Users retain full ownership of their underlying commercial transaction data and are granted rights to utilize the resulting PDF files. However, commercial validity, tax categorization, and formal admissibility before regulatory bodies (including customs, tax, and revenue authorities) remain entirely the user's responsibility. Proformam makes no warranty that generated documents satisfy statutory tax invoice requirements.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Proformam.com is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted service or error-free execution. Under no circumstances shall Proformam be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service downtime or data loss.
5. Amendments to Terms
Proformam reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
