Under the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Law No. 6698)
1. Data Controller
As Proformam.com, we place utmost importance on the security and confidentiality of your personal data. Within the scope of our services, we act in the capacity of Data Controller pursuant to Law No. 6698.
2. Purpose of Personal Data Processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of delivering our digital invoicing services, operating our web application infrastructure, responding to user requests, and fulfilling relevant statutory and regulatory obligations.
3. Categories of Processed Data
Name, surname, email address, communication logs, and commercial transaction details contained within generated invoices are processed in strict compliance with the procedural principles stipulated by applicable legislation.
4. Your Statutory Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you possess the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if processed, request rectification if inaccurate, and request erasure or destruction in accordance with statutory conditions.
5. Contact & Inquiries
To exercise any of your statutory rights, you may submit a formal request to destek@proformam.com. To delete your account and all of your data, no request is needed: after logging in, use the Delete my account permanently button on your Profile page. To prevent abuse of the free plan, an irreversible hash of the deleted account's e-mail address and that month's free usage count are kept until the end of the current month and then deleted automatically. For the same purpose, for visitors who use the service without logging in, a keyed, irreversible hash of the IP address and that month's invoice count are kept until the end of the month; the IP address itself is not stored.
