Proformam.com is a user-centric proforma invoice creation tool. Our core operating principle is to process your invoice information locally on your client device whenever possible, minimizing unnecessary server-side storage.
2. What Data We Process
Invoice Data: Details entered during invoice creation—including seller credentials, client information, line item descriptions, quantities, and pricing—are processed temporarily to generate your PDF document. This data is never sold or used for commercial advertising.
Account Information: If you register an account, your email address, authentication credentials, and core business profile data are stored securely on our cloud infrastructure to enable cross-device syncing and invoice archiving.
3. Cookies and Analytics
We utilize essential session cookies and privacy-respecting analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to monitor site performance, diagnose technical errors, and optimize user experience. You may configure your browser to decline non-essential cookies at any time.
